CODEM, with headquarter in US, is administrated by a board of directors (BOD). Within the board there is a management committee to manage the daily operations of the organization and carry out decisions of the board. The president of CODEM-Haiti, and the Coordinator of respective chapters are automatically members of the board. The board elects its President / Chairman, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Communications & Public Relation, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Haiti Coordinator every 3 years.
