The most historical landmark of Muzac is the Church of the Sacré-Coeur (Sacred Heart) built in early 1940’s and It became a parish in 2016. This iconic religious structure used to be the oldest public gathering place in this area. Unfortunately, it was hit and damaged during the earthquake of January 2010, lost its steeple and is currently under renovation. Other landmarks include “Ecole Nationale de Musac/ Lycée de Musac”, the Community Center, the public market “Marché Communautaire de Muzac or Mache Lendilot”, the Muzac Health Center, the lake of Méac (le lac de Méac) and “Rivière Arnaud”, the cave “Grotte Bonne Santé” in Lamothe.
